نعم. لا رسوم تسجيل، لا اشتراك شهري، لا عمولة على الطلبات. لا نخطّط لإضافة أسعار لاحقاً.
لماذا مجانيّة؟ +
لأنّ كل مطعم سوري يستحق أداة حديثة لإدارة قائمته، وفرض رسوم كان سيستبعد كثيراً منها. هدفنا أن تصل الأداة للجميع.
كيف ستستمرّون إذا كانت مجانيّة؟ +
تكاليف التشغيل منخفضة جداً — نحن نبني على بنية تحتيّة سحابيّة فعّالة. إذا قرّرنا لاحقاً إضافة ميّزات مدفوعة اختياريّة (مثل ربط نظام الدفع)، ستبقى الميّزات الحاليّة مجانيّة.
هل هناك حدّ أقصى لعدد الطاولات أو القوائم؟ +
لا. قوائم غير محدودة، تحديثات غير محدودة، طاولات غير محدودة. كل ما تحتاجه لإدارة مطعمك.
كيف أحدّث قائمتي؟ +
أعد رفع ملف PDF الجديد من لوحة التحكّم. سيتم تحديث القائمة خلال دقائق، مع الاحتفاظ بنفس رمز QR.
هل يمكنني استخدام نطاقي الخاص؟ +
نعم — قريباً. خلال المرحلة الحاليّة تعيش القائمة على sufrahq.com. أضف نطاقاً خاصاً بمطعمك قيد التطوير.
ماذا لو كان هاتف الزبون قديماً؟ +
الصفحات مُحسّنة لتعمل على أي متصفّح حديث، بأقل استهلاك ممكن للبيانات. مناسبة للاتصالات البطيئة.

Yes. No signup fee, no monthly subscription, no commission on orders. We have no plans to add pricing later.
Why free? +
Because every Syrian restaurant deserves a modern way to manage its menu, and charging would lock many out. Our goal is to get the tool into as many restaurants as possible.
How do you stay sustainable if it’s free? +
Running costs are very low — we build on efficient cloud infrastructure. If we later add optional paid features (like POS integration), the current features stay free.
Is there a limit on tables or menus? +
No. Unlimited menus, unlimited updates, unlimited tables. Everything you need to run your restaurant.
How do I update my menu? +
Re-upload your new PDF from the dashboard. The menu updates in minutes, and the QR code stays the same.
Can I use my own domain? +
Soon. For now, menus live on sufrahq.com. Custom domains are in development.
What if a diner's phone is old? +
Pages are designed to load on any modern browser with minimal data usage. Works on slow connections.
